These Terms of Use apply to all illustrations created by ネリカス（Nericas）, including works produced in the past.

By commissioning, using, or otherwise handling any illustration created by ネリカス（Nericas）, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, commissions cannot be accepted.

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The latest version shall always prevail.

　Copyright & Terms of Use

• All copyrights of the illustrations belong solely to ネリカス（Nericas）.
  Even in the case of commissioned works, copyright ownership is not transferred.

• Requests involving copyrighted characters without permission, R18 (adult content), graphic/gory expressions, mechanical designs, intentional imitation of another artist’s style, or AI-generated content (e.g., AI-generated music thumbnails, AI-generated novel covers) will not be accepted.

• Commissioned illustrations may be used for:

  • ​Minor cropping or light editing for presentation purposes

  • Streaming thumbnails

  • Promotional or announcement images

• If you intend to use the illustration for purposes other than those originally agreed upon, you must consult in advance. Any retroactive changes to usage, especially those related to AI usage, are not permitted.

• Illustrations may be posted by ネリカス（Nericas） on social media or portfolios as samples or work records.
  If you require the work to remain private, this must be communicated in advance.

• ​Saving the illustrations for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
  If you wish to use the illustrations as icons, headers, etc., please consider making a formal commissions.

　Prohibited Uses

　　　The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any illustration created by ネリカス（Nericas） (including finished works, roughs, or simple sketches) for:

  • AI training

  • Generative AI materials

  • AI reference, replacement, or dataset purposes

• Using “simple commissions” or “rough commissions” for AI generation or high-quality AI-produced images

• Using any part or entirety of the illustration for AI-related purposes, regardless of whether it is public or private

• Using the illustration (in whole or in part) to obtain a higher-quality image through:

  • AI generation

  • Re-commissioning a third party

  • Redrawing, overpainting, or modification

• Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or claiming the work as your own

• Use that violates public order and morals, or involves harassment, defamation, or discriminatory expression

• Use for political, religious, or ideological advocacy

​　　　If a violation is confirmed, the following actions may be taken: 

• ​​Request immediate cessation of use

• Demand removal of posts or published content

• Refuse all future commissions

​　　　In cases of severe or malicious violations, further appropriate action may be taken.

We assume no responsibility for any disadvantages, losses, or damages incurred by the violating party as a result of actions taken in accordance with these Terms of Use.
